A. Distribution of Party Tickets
* 5 tickets/ person - sell all, free entrance
* get name, batch, R & D, and contact number of alumni
* for remittance on Nov.29, 8pm during the meeting at Total, along with outstanding balances in raffle tickets
* last day of remittance - Dec. 3 , Wednesday; text Jepoi [ 12 NN-5pm only] or mitch [7-8 pm only]
* if officer insist on bringing along his/ her partner (wife/husband), should alos buy ticket and RSVP (with the Club's permission)

B. For preparation
- party flyers for distribution next meeting
- registration materials (reg form, staff ID, name tags, certs)

C. Other matters
- appointment with Sir Rolly Santiago tomorrow, 3 pm at FC Santos Compd.
- ask official permission from Bgy. San Dionisio on Monday (prepare letter)

- alumni tarpaulin - can only be displayed for 1 week

B. Alumni Acquaintance Party on December 6, 08, Saturday
- 150 tickets only, for printing and distribution (target of 60-100 persons)
- venue: Olivarez Villa, 5-6 pm preparation (5 pm call time for staff!), 7 pm registration, 8-9 pm program, 11 pm wrap-up
- sound system - sponsorship or borrow + clubhouse videoke
- verify other venue expenses: energy fee, etc.
- staff: needs 5-6 volunteers; duties - venue preparation (led by Ma'am Annalyn/ Eds), food prep (Jeff / Eds)
- complimentary food for guests and dinner for staff volunteers: costing c/o eds
- materials needed: platters, paper cups, small paper plates
- dress code: casual, decent swimwear (bring own towel, toiletries)
- host: Sir Brando and partner (games/ icebreaker)


B. Alumni Raffle
- Nov. 29 meeting at Total, final remittance
- December 6 program, raffle draw



C. Other matters
- video presentation: set appointments with senior alumni
- projector: confirm by Nov. 22

In line with this, may we invite your group the PNHS ALUMNI BLOGGERS to join us on Saturday, November 15, 2008 (max. 30 alumni) for a fun-filled afternoon as we share new recipes and tips on healthy cooking. Samplings and lots of freebies are in-store exclusive for your group. Nestle Philippines will be the sponsor in this event. Venue of this Big event will be at the Event Aile near customer service.
